Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico is located in the old town of Rovinj. It consists of three houses that date back to the 1920s and belonged to a distinguished Italian family. In recent years, the houses were abandoned and in a very bad condition, but the owner recognized the potential to revive them in a new light and turn them into a boutique residence. The buildings have been carefully restored and now form a coherent architectural whole.
The residence has 12 double rooms of different sizes, some of which have terraces, a winter garden, a view of the sea or the old part of the city and the church of St. Euphemia. In addition to all of the above, the decoration of the hotel has been carefully designed to offer guests the best in terms of comfort in accordance with today’s times, as well as a faithful representation of the architecture of the past and Istrian traditions.
